Hi, I’m Erin Menzer!
Owner, Cardinal Travel LLC

I founded Cardinal Travel LLC with one goal in mind: to help people plan stress-free, memorable vacations tailored to their unique needs. Whether it’s a cruise, an all-inclusive resort, a family getaway, or something in between, I love creating personalized travel experiences that bring joy and lasting memories.

Before launching my travel business, I spent years working in enrollment management and customer service, where I honed my organizational skills and attention to detail—both of which I bring to every trip I plan. I also hold an MBA, which helps me manage the business side of things so I can focus on what matters most: my clients.

When I’m not planning travel, you’ll probably find me scuba diving somewhere tropical, flipping houses, or curled up with a good psychological thriller or mystery novel. I bring that same sense of curiosity and adventure to my work—always looking for the next unique experience to share with my clients.
